I never thought this day wold come... Canon will be 7 months old next week and for the past three nights in a row, Canon has gone down to sleep around 8pm and didn't wake up again until after 7am... no middle of the night feedings either!! Well, I'd go in to tank him up with some rice thickened milk/formula at around 11pm or so, but he stayed asleep through the WHOLE NIGHT! I would've thought that the first night was just a fluke...but then he did it for the next two nights too! AWESOME! I think I can handle getting up at 7:30am when I get to sleep right through and not have my sleep interrupted 3 times. (Of course it would help if I gave myself an earlier bedtime, but so far I'm unsuccessful with that one. hee hee)
Speaking of going, Canon has started scooting this week. Up until this point, if he saw something he wanted to play with, he'd reach and reach. If it was too far, he'd give up and look for something closer to grab. About last week or so I'd see him reach a little harder and then roll to get closer. Now, I watch him look at something, then he'd push with his toes and pull with his hands for a few inches. I don't think he's considered cruising across an entire room just yet, but it's going to happen at any time now.
BTW, how do you ladies keep your little ones away from power cords?

I try to keep the power cords behind furniture, out of sight and hard to get to. It's worked really well for me.
Yay on scooting! Sammy isn't there quite yet. My other boys were at this age, but Sam just doesn't seem to want to yet. He just fusses for it as he reaches, then rolls the opposite direction.
